The data we process

Browsing data. The service hosting this website processes the technical data needed to display and protect its pages, such as your IP address and browser type.

Statistical data. Only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information on how you use the website, such as the pages visited, your device, your approximate location and the duration of your visit.

Data you send us. If you contact us by email, we process your address and whatever you choose to share with us.

Purposes and legal bases

Displaying the website and keeping it secure: the legitimate interests of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Measuring website use in aggregate form: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Declining has no effect on your browsing.

Replying to your messages: steps taken at your request and the legitimate interests of the controller (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Recipients

Data are processed by providers acting on our behalf: Netlify, Inc. for hosting and Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics. We do not sell your data or use them for advertising or profiling.

Some providers may transfer data to the United States. Any such transfer relies on the safeguards laid down in Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Google Analytics data are retained for the period configured in the service, up to a maximum of 14 months. Cookie durations are set out in the Cookie Policy.

Emails are retained for as long as necessary to handle your request.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR), by writing to lui.dambrosio@outlook.com.

You may withdraw your consent at any time through "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

This website contains links to Instagram, Google Maps and Google Drive. Reel previews are hosted on our own website and these services are contacted only if you follow their links, at which point their own privacy policies apply.
